The purpose of this study has been to investigate how teachers are affected by a homogeneous group of students in their daily life as Social Science teachers, and how student’s position in the classroom impact their behaviour and attitudes. In order for us to answer this study’s research questions, two interviews with currently active teachers have been conducted, and students at two noticeably different schools have been asked to answer a survey. The study has been impacted by the fact that students were not in school answering the questionnaire, but instead at home participating in remote learning.
